  • The revamped formula of Intersicop 2017 convinces exhibitors, visitors and speakers
    The fair has surpassed initial expectations, with the visit of 18,752 professionals from all over Spain and the participation of 272 exhibitors (174 direct exhibitors + representatives from 98 brands), satisfied and excited with the far-reaching commercial exhibition and the numerous parallel activities undertaken during the Show

    A full house at the 25 technical seminars given by internationally renowned master pastry chefs, bakers and ice-cream makers, making it one of the keys to the success of the fair

  • Intersicop 2017 comes to us as a revamped show and exclusive shop window for confectionery, baking and ice cream
    174 direct exhibitors, plus representation from a further 98 companies, not to mention 41 direct international exhibitors are to present the latest trends in equipment, products and services

  • Forum Intersicop 2017 will feature success stories, the importance of bread in your diet and new ice cream trends
    A programme of presentations, to be held under the Intersicop umbrella, will offer attendees the possibility of listening to talks by successful confectioners and ice cream makers, learning about bread's health benefits and discovering savoury new lactose-free ice cream recipes

    Technical Seminars taught by great masters, three national contests of great interest to professionals and a range of exhibits with the latest in equipment and raw materials complete the Show's content
